The Central Catholic High School Athletic Hall of Fame was inaugurated in 1981 to recognize those individuals who distinguished themselves on the playing field or in another endeavor closely associated with the athletic program. Since its inception, ninety-one individuals have been inducted "for excellence in the ranks of those who wore the Central Red and Blue."

Nominations for induction to the Hall of Fame are held every three to four years and eligibility requirements for each category are as follows:

  • For Student-Athletes: must have graduated at least five years previous to the nomination cut-off date and excelled in his or her sport(s)

  • For Coaches: must have coached at Central Catholic for at least 15 years, 10 or more of which must have been as a head coach

  • For Administrators: must have worked at Central Catholic for at least 15 years as a coach, teacher or administrator

  • For Special Contribution Category: must have been a source of great benefit and honor to the Central Catholic athletic program and community

Return the completed form to the Athletic Director prior to the deadline. Provide as much background information and statistical data as possible to ensure the screening committee has ample opportunity and information to fully evaluate your nominee.
