|2016-17 Free Online Concussion Education Course|
The required online concussion education course is now available on the NFHS Learn website! In order to register and participate in high school athletics, all student athletes and their parents must watch the free, online concussion education course through the National Federation of State High School Associations.
This course is composed of 4 units and followed by a brief evaluation. At the conclusion of the evaluation, a course completion certificate will be available through the NFHS account that was set up to view the course.
There is a completion acknowledgement section on the CCHS Athletic Registration form. This course must be completed by both the student athlete and parent/guardian prior to registering for any sport. This course only needs to be completed once per school year.

The starting dates for Fall Sports are as follows:
Football: Friday, 8/19/16
Cross Country, Field Hockey, Golf, Soccer, Girls Swimming and Diving, Volleyball: Thursday, 8/25/16
More specific information regarding Fall sports tryout/practice dates and times will be made available later this summer.
|Freshman Football Information Meeting|
THERE WILL BE AN INFORMATION MEETING FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN PLAYING FRESHMAN FOOTBALL ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8 at 7:30pm IN THE GYM AT CENTRAL CATHOLIC.
The first day of football is Friday, Aug. 19. The date of football equipment distribution is TBA, however it will be during the week of Aug. 15-18.
