Thank you for your interest in taking the Entrance Exam at Central Catholic High School!
The Catholic High School Placement Test (HSPT) will be administered at Central Catholic on the following two dates:
Registration will be available beginning September 1, 2021.
Please note: The $40 registration fee for the exam is non-refundable. The HSPT may be taken only once during the admissions process.
Exam Details: Students check in before 8:00 AM at the Main Office and will complete their exam by 11:45 AM.
CCHS will accept SSAT scores in addition to or in lieu of HSPT scores (use school code #2339).
We’ll send you your own printed copy of the CCHS viewbook, We Are Central! You’ll also receive important updates on upcoming events and important dates.
Each fall, Central Catholic High School offers an HSPT Entrance Exam Prep Class.
Prep Class details for Fall 2021 will be announced on September 1, 2021. Classes are normally held on a weeknight from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM for six weeks from October through November.
The Prep Class Fee of $300, payable by credit card at registration, covers the course tuition and the test prep book, as well as the fee for the exam.
Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration for the Fall 2021 Prep Class will be announced on September 3, 2021.
