Prep Class & Exam Registration
This form is for the Entrance Exam AND Prep Class. If you would like to register for just the Exam, please click here for the Exam Registration.
The registration fee for the Prep Class & Exam of $300 is non-refundable and must be paid with registration.
The HSPT (Entrance Exam) may be taken only once during the admissions process.
The Prep Class is now FULL.
Students are encouraged to register for either the November 8 or the December 6 Entrance Exam.
