Financial Assistance & Scholarships

Central Catholic High School offers financial assistance to students whose families demonstrate significant financial need.

Based on available funds and the number of applicants each year, Central Catholic makes every effort to provide assistance to those families who need help.

Approximately 30% of Central Catholic students receive some type of financial assistance. Central Catholic students receive more than $1.5 million in financial assistance annually.

The Financial Assistance Application Priority Date for families in the Class of 2029 is December 9, 2024. Applicants who submit their financial aid application (available November 1) by this priority date will learn of their financial aid award with their admission decision.

The Financial Assistance Priority Filing Deadline for current families is Monday, March 24, 2025.

Prospective and incoming families in need of financial assistance are encouraged to complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment form online through the CCHS website, beginning Friday, November 1, 2024, and prior to Monday, December 9, 2025 so the school may provide financial assistance decisions with the admissions decisions in January 2025.

Financial assistance decisions are made separately from the admissions process and have no impact on a student’s eligibility for admission.

All families applying for financial assistance must submit their most recent tax returns with W-2s and all supporting schedules. (More details are available below under "Applying for Financial Aid.")

All financial information is held in the strictest confidence by the Financial Aid Committee.

Families are required to reapply for financial assistance each year; however, every attempt is made to provide ongoing assistance to returning students that demonstrate continued need.

A limited number of academic merit-based scholarships are available to students enrolling at Central Catholic as freshmen. These scholarships utilize HSPT results to consider eligibility.

The priority filing deadline for current students for the 2025-2026 school year will be Monday, March 24, 2025.

To complete the online application for financial assistance, you will need:

A complete copy of your 2024 tax returns (either electronic or paper versions);
Your 2024 W2 forms;
All supporting schedules.

You will also need to submit a payment of $45 via credit or debit card.

Prospective Families

The Financial Assistance Application is available on November 1, 2024. The Applicants who submit their financial assistance application by December 9, 2024 will learn of their financial assistance award with their admissions decision.

The 2025-2026 Tuition Has Been Set at $17,700.

The Board of Directors at Central Catholic is keenly aware of the financial challenges facing families.

Guided by our Marist mission and commitment to provide you with the best experience in private, Catholic education at the greatest value, we recently met to determine how to maintain our excellence while addressing rising costs for families and our school.

Affirming our commitment, we set next year’s 2025-2026 tuition at $17,700, which is an increase of 4%.

While most schools are seeing significant jumps in tuition, we continue to maintain one of the lowest tuition rates among private and Catholic college-preparatory schools in the region.

FACTS Payment Plan Options

FACTS Payment Plan Options

To help families manage tuition, we offer these three different payment plan options through FACTS:

Option A: Full installment paid directly to the school by June 15.
Option B: Two installments paid directly to the school by June 15 and November 15.
Option C: Eleven (11) monthly installments paid directly to FACTS beginning June 15. There is an annual processing fee if “Option C” is chosen (currently $50.00, which is subject to change).
