Summer Reading Registration

Complete the form below to register students for the Summer Reading Program. The form will expand as you make selections. The fee is $10 per student and is non-refundable. Students who decide not to take the assessment will not have the fee refunded. Students are responsible for acquiring the book. Please be sure to read the details on the Summer Reading program included on the Summer Reading page.
