Accelerated Math & Honors Programming


CCHS students have the opportunity to take condensed math and programming courses to fulfill prerequisites.

These courses appear on the official transcript, students earn credit, and grades impact overall GPA.

Registration has closed for Honors Programming and Accelerated Math.

Honors Programming Course

For Central Catholic rising sophomores (Class of 2028) who meet eligibility requirements.

  • Classes begin on Monday, June 23 and end on Thursday, July 3.
    • Course is held Monday - Thursday
    • Course time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
  • This is not a required summer course, but by registering for this class students will be able to complete their programming requirement (if not done so already).
  • This course appears on the official transcript, students earn credit points, and grades impact overall GPA.
  • Students who participate in the program and successfully complete a final assessment will earn 0.5 credits and open their schedule to a study for sophomore year or participate in AP Computer Science Principles.
  • Cost: $300

Accelerated Math Courses for Credit

For Central Catholic students who meet eligibility requirements.

  • Classes begin on Monday, June 23 and end on Thursday, July 24.
  • These courses appear on the official transcript, students earn credit points for these courses, and grades impact overall GPA.
  • Cost: $600
