On Thursday, June 9, 2022 Central Catholic celebrated our annual Raider Day of Giving, a powerful fundraising effort that connects everyone who loves and supports the missions of Central Catholic High School!
The record-shattering results are in...
1,408 gifts and $348,000 in support of Central Catholic's amazing students!

Thank you to everyone who made a Challenge Gift - we unlocked $125,000 in challenges!
Thank you to the Raider Day of Giving Virtual Ambassadors who gave their time to help spread the word with email and social media.
You made our 2022 Raider Day of Giving one of our largest ever!
We received 307 first-time gifts to Raider Day of Giving, and 87 first-time gifts to Central Catholic!
We received gifts from every graduating class since 1955, 32 states, and six countries!

When the sun goes down, Raider Spirit keeps shining brightly!
Anyone who made a gift to Raider Day of Giving between 8pm and midnight EST will receive a CCHS Pocket LED Flashlight.

$125,000 in Challenge Gifts!
Throughout the day, we announced challenges and incentives issued by generous alumni, parents, and supporters that helped make the day a resounding success.
The 'Grand Finale' Challenge: $20,000 for 1,000 gifts
Members of our Board of Directors have committed to donate an additional $20,000 as a final challenge to help us reach 1,000 gifts!
The 900 Gift Challenge: $10,000 for 900 gifts
The CCHS Development Committee and an anonymous alum have issued a challenge to get us 100 beyond goal. They will donate $10,000 once we reach 900 gifts!
The 800 Goal Challenge: $5,000 for 800 gifts
A generous alumnus from the Class of 1953 has issued a challenge to get us to goal. He will donate $5,000 once we reach our goal of 800 gifts!
The 750 Challenge: $10,000 for 750 gifts
A generous alumnus from the Class of 1987 has issued a challenge to get us nearly all the way to our goal! He will donate $10,000 once we reach 750 gifts!
The Board 550 Challenge: $10,000 for 550 gifts
The Board of Directors has issued a challenge to get us closer to our goal! Board members will donate $10,000 once we reach 550 gifts!
The Initial Challenge: $25,000 for 400 gifts
A generous alumnus from the Class of 1992 has issued a challenge to help us get off to a strong start that will bring us halfway to our goal.
The 1960's Decade Challenge: $5,000 for 100 gifts
A generous alumnus from the Class of 1964 has issued a challenge gift for 100 gifts from alumni who graduated in the 1960s.
The 2000's Challenge: $5,000 for 150 gifts
Loyal alumnus Al Peterson '50, a diehard Raider and supporter for the past 60 years, will donate $5,000 once total donations from the classes of 2000 through 2021 surpass 150 gifts!
The New Gift Challenge: $25,000 for 250 first-time gifts
A generous friend of CCHS has issued a New Gift Challenge: $2,500 for every 25 first-time gifts of any size to Raider Day of Giving.
The Parent Challenge: $5,000 for 300 gifts
A group of generous parents and supporters have pledged to donate $1,000 for the first 100 gifts from current parents and an additional $1,000 for every 50 gifts from parents (up to 300 gifts).
The Class of 1984 Challenge: $5,000
Peter Burke '84 challenged his class to increase their participation (class participation nearly doubled!) with a $5,000 gift!
