What is “Raider Day of Giving?”
On June 6, Central Catholic alumni, parents, and friends will join together to raise support for the young men and women we serve. This Raider Day of Giving will be a powerful 24-hour online fundraising effort through social media to connect all our constituents who love and support the mission of Central Catholic High School. Our goal is 500 gifts (participants) in 24 hours! Help CCHS reach this goal!
Why do we do this?
Many secondary schools across the U.S. have successfully instituted DAY OF GIVING programs to augment their year-round fundraising efforts. These campaigns build excitement, pride and friendly competition among the various stakeholders who support their schools. Our Raider Day of Giving is a way to connect with current and potential donors, excite you about our mission and our efforts here on campus to make the Raider experience a memorable one.
How can you help spread the word?
Thanks for supporting CCHS! On this page, you’ll find sample social media posts, emails, and graphics that you can use to raise awareness for Raider Day of Giving and to share that you gave. Feel free to use our samples as-is or make them your own. When does Raider Day of Giving go live?
How can I participate?
Participating is easy!
First, chose one of the following options
- Visit www.centralcatholic.net/givetocchs anytime from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM on Thursday, June 6.
- Venmo your gift by finding us at CCHS_Lawrence
- Text RDOG to 444999.
- Call 978-682-0260 x635 to make a gift over the phone.
- Drop your gift by the CCHS Advancement Office.
Then, share your experience using the resources on this page. Email your friends and classmates! Post on social media with #GivetoCCHS in your posts and tag:

All gifts support CCHS student DREAMS by:
- Developing new academic offerings to elevate our already rigorous curriculum.
- Representing the Marist value of “serving the least favored.”
- Enhancing Christian life by broadening Campus Ministry and Religious Studies programs.
- Allowing students and families to access much needed financial aid.
- Making the Raider spirit live on through athletic and extracurricular enhancements.
- Supporting and raising the overall student experience to the next level!
What can I do to hep?
Volunteers are needed.
Become a Raider Day of Giving Ambassador and help spread the word on social media and beyond. Use this Toolkit to create social media posts and emails.
