New for the Summer of 2019! We are excited to offer 2 Fine and Performing Arts Summer camps as well as a Coding Camp!
- Fine Arts - Summer Studio Exploration (for boys and girls entering grades 6-9)
- Performing Arts - CCHS Theater Camp (for boys and girls entering grades 5-8)
- Coding Camp
Under the direction of CCHS Art Teacher, Mrs. Lauren Roeser, this program is an opportunity for students to experience all the excitement that the Central Catholic Art Studios have to offer! Students will gain experience in a variety of media including Drawing, Painting, Printmaking and Sculpture. Projects will take inspiration from both Art History and the Contemporary Art World. This program is open to all interested students, from beginners with no art experience to the emerging young artist. Students will get a chance to discuss each other's artwork and artistic processes as well as create at least 4 different artworks.
Dates: June 24-27
For more information on the CCHS Summer Art Studio Exploration camp, please contact Mrs. Lauren Roeser at firstname.lastname@example.org
Join Central Catholic Drama teacher Robert Ringuette in the Allan B. Rogers Theater for two weeks of theater fun!
In this introductory camp, our student actors will focus on developing a variety of theatrical skills from warm ups and games to ensemble building, pantomime and movement exercises. Campers will enjoy a positive, inclusive environment which culminates in a mini-staged reading scene performance with their classmates.
No experience necessary-just a willingness to learn and have fun!
This camp is different than the GRADE 9 Summer Enrichment Theatre Course.
- Session 1: July 1-3 and July 8-11
- Session 2: July 15-18 and July 22-25
