As part of Central Catholic's Marist Service Experience, 10 students and two faculty members volunteered at the South Church Giving Garden to help feed the hungry in the Merrimack Valley. The food they harvested will help stock the Neighbors in Need food pantry in Lawrence.

This July, rising senior Ella Smith '27 attended the Best Buddies Leadership Conference, held at Indiana University. The Best Buddies Leadership Conference unites leaders, volunteers, and advocates from around the globe to spark bold ideas, strengthen advocacy, and accelerate the inclusion movement.

The Raider Band was back in swing from August 17 to 20 for their summer practices. Be sure to catch Pep Band performances at home football games (including Raider Homecoming 2026) and performances by all of our bands and ensembles at the Winter Band & Chorus Concert on December 11.

This summer, 11 rising juniors in the Class of 2028 spent a week participating in the sixth annual Marist Youth Leadership Camp at the Marist Brothers Center in Esopus, NY, with over 100 rising juniors, staff, and young alumni from the other Marist high schools in the United States (and one from Quebec).

Each year, CCHS students and faculty participate in programs at the University of Notre Dame through the generosity of the Maraghy Family. Three students and a Campus Minister attended Notre Dame Vision 2026, and three Faculty & Staff members attended a Religion & Science Capstone Seminar. Both programs are a part of Notre Dame's McGrath Institute for Church Life.

For the second straight summer, a group of students (26!) and two faculty members traveled to the Dominican Republic and served in a host community for one week on a sanitation project with the BLUE Missions Group. Their goal: dignity and water for all, forever.

Now that all the post season accolades are in, we are excited to highlight and celebrate the success of our Spring Sports Teams and Raider Student-Athletes - including Raider Softball's undefeated regular season and journey to the Final Four. Congratulations on successful and hard-fought seasons.

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of President Emeritus Br. Rene D. Roy, FMS, '59 this morning. Please remember the repose of his soul and his extraordinary life as a Marist Brother, which he faithfully witnessed for the past 66 years.

Over 250 members of the CCHS family came together at the Haverhill Golf & Country Club on Monday, July 27, 2026, for a fun day of golf and Raider camaraderie. Thank you to all those who made the 2026 Golf Classic such a great success, raising nearly $70,000 for scholarships & resources provided through our Fulfilling the Promise Program!

Nearly 60 middle school students spent a week at Central Catholic as part of this year's Summer Fusion Labs. They coded, they debated, they built robots, and they prepared for launch through programs and activities that fueled their curiosity and passion.

Wishing our Central Catholic families and all of Raider Nation a safe and happy Fourth of July as we celebrate 250 years of freedom and independence! School offices are closed until Monday, July 6.

On May 18, Social Studies teacher Mr. William Benson '11 led a tour of the Freedom Trail for nearly 50 Central Catholic students enrolled in AP US History - helping to make history jump off of the page and come alive on the streets of Boston!

This summer, Central Catholic will be buzzing with a variety of activities, including Leadership & Service Opportunities, Campus Improvements, Academic Summer Term, Summer Fusion Labs, and a wide array of Sports Camps & Clinics! Summer Office Hours begin on Monday, June 22, 2026.

At the close of each academic year, student leaders travel to Camp Marist on Ossipee Lake (NH) for Central Catholic's Camp Champagnat Leadership Institute, aka Camp Champ.

Central Catholic is proud to announce the Academic Honor Roll of Students for the Fourth Term of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. The Administration, Faculty, and Staff congratulate these young men and women for their well-earned achievements.

Congratulations to all of the students who were honored at the Academic Awards Night recognizing underclassmen on May 28, 2026. We are so proud of you for achieving and maintaining the highest academic standards!

Thank you to everyone who supported Celebrate 90 - our 11th annual Raider Day of Giving, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. We received over 1,200 gifts and an all-time high of over $425,000! Be sure to check out the final results, including the Raffle Winners and Top Classes!

For the third time in four years, Raider Softball has advanced to the D1 Sate Semifinals on Tuesday, June 9, with a 6 - 3 victory over Malden Catholic HS. Good luck to the team as they pursue a State Championship!

Despite the rain, over 125 Raiders came together for the Imprescia Center for Female Sports Leadership's 3rd Annual Networking Barbecue. The Barbecue followed a walk-off win by the undefeated, #2 ranked Raider Softball Team.

On Saturday, April 11, seven teams of Raider student-entrepreneurs pitched their business ideas to a group of real-life business leaders and guest sharks as part of our 4th annual Raider Shark Tank!
