The Impact of the Parents Guild

Large group of parents in gym

Each year, the Parents Guild provides crucial volunteer and financial support for Central Catholic High School. Some highlights of this impact are included below!

Students enjoying lunch

Freshman Orientation

The entire freshman class participates in Freshman Orientation each fall. They get to know their classmates, teachers, and upperclassmen through a series of activities and cooperative and competitive games. This day serves as an introduction to what makes Central Catholic unique and what it means to be a Raider and to be a Marist.

The Parents Guild provides volunteers and a barbecue lunch for all participants.

Walkathon

The Walkathon raises approx. $100,000 each year to support the school by funding important initiatives not covered by tuition that directly impact the student experience. The Parents Guild supports this event with prize donations and by volunteering in numerous ways leading up to the event and on the day of the Walk.
