Lynne Chase has excelled in the property management and real estate industry for more than thirty years, advancing within the Winn organization to her current position as Chief Accounting Officer for WinnResidential, WinnResidential Military Housing Services and WinnDevelopment. In her role, she is responsible for directing the accounting operations for the 116,000 apartment homes in the company's owned and managed portfolio, including more than 32,500 homes managed under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI).

As Chief Accounting Officer, she oversees 130 team members in five functional areas that include corporate accounting, property management accounting and financial reporting, treasury and cash management, accounts payable, and business analytics. In addition to being named the first woman to serve as Chair of the Central Catholic Board of Directors, Lynne previously held the Vice Chair role on the CCHS Board, where she was also the first woman to hold this position in CCHS history. She serves on the Finance Committee (and is the former chair).

"Central shapes the whole person – mind, heart, and spirit. It's an honor to serve and support the Marist mission of the school."

"When I participate in school liturgy and hear the song Go Light Your World, I am reminded of the tremendous opportunity our CCHS students are embracing—to nurture their gifts and talents and carry them forward to make a positive impact.
