Camryn Rueda '23 began her collegiate gymnastics career at the University of North Carolina by earning top scores at her first meet, including a first place finish on balance beam.

Hot start: Ex-Central gymnast shines in UNC debut

Camryn's performance on the balance beam (9.825) tied her for first, and her floor exercise score (9.0) was in the top six, helping the Tar Heels achieve as second place finish in the quad meet.

Camryn is majoring in exercise and sport science.

Camryn excelled as a gymnast at Central Catholic, breaking four school records and winning the state's all-around competition (more details below).

As a student-athlete at Central Catholic, Camryn Rueda '23 was named All-Around Individual Meet Champion at the Massachusetts High School Gymnastics Association’s Meet in February of 2023.
