This summer, Central Catholic will be buzzing with a variety of activities, including Leadership & Service Opportunities, Campus Improvements, Academic Summer Term, Summer Fusion Labs, and a wide array of Sports Camps & Clinics! Summer Office Hours begin on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Summer Fusion Labs for Middle School Students is offered through Summer at Central to current 5th - 8th grade students.

This year's Academy will be held from Monday, July 6, through Thursday, July 9.

Members of the Class of 2030 and transfer students will be participating in a Technology Training Session on campus over the summer as an introduction to Freshman Seminar: Innovation & Inquiry.

Service & Leadership Trips & Programs

Camp Champagnat Leadership Experience (Camp Marist, NH)

At the close of each academic year, student leaders travel to Camp Marist on Ossipee Lake (NH) for Central Catholic's Camp Champagnat Leadership Institute, aka Camp Champ.

Camp Champ is an overnight, student-organized Marist Leadership experience for rising CCHS sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

This year's theme was Camp Champ - Leadership Island.

Marist Youth Leadership Camp (Esopus, NY)

Rising juniors in the Class of 2028 are invited to participate in this annual leadership program with Marist schools from across the country.

This camp is specifically designed for rising juniors and will include around 150 students from Marist schools around the country.

BLUE Missions Service Trip: Water Project (Dominican Republic)

This August, rising seniors in the Class of 2027 will be participating on a BLUE Missions service trip in the Dominican Republic on a Water Project.

Approximately 25 students will serve in a host community for one week led by BLUE Missions and chaperoned by CCHS Faculty members.

BLUE Missions is a non-profit organization with a mission of empowering the youth to advocate for a world where there is water for all, forever. Through service projects and sustainability education, BLUE connects families in Latin America to clean, fresh water for the last 15 years.

Each year, the Catalano Memorial Library in conjunction with CCHS staff put together a list of books we think Central students would enjoy reading over the summer. The list contains books across multiple genres and writing styles.

Summer Running Club

New this year, Mr. Surrette and Mr. Ford will be starting a summer running club that will meet three mornings a week in July and August.

All students, faculty, and staff are welcome!

Interested participants should contact either Mr. Ford or Mr. Surette.

The 2026 Golf Classic

Alumni, parents, friends, faculty, & staff come together each year for the annual Golf Classic at the Haverhill Golf & Country Club.

The Golf Classic is a scramble format golf tournament with morning and afternoon flights.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic fund scholarships and Central Catholic's Fulfilling the Promise Program.

Renovation of the World Language Center

This summer, the turf on Raider Field is being replaced this summer and will be ready for the Fall Sports Season!

Replacement of the Memorial Gymnasium Classrooms Roof

The roof over the classrooms in the Memorial Gymnasium Building is being replaced. The Memorial Gymnasium has served the students of CCHS for over 75 years and has undergone several renovations and updates.

Completed in 1950, the Memorial Gymnasium was dedicated in 1951 to the memory of the 14 Central Catholic graduates killed in action during World War II.

Bollard lighting is being installed along the walkway leading up to the Raider Turf Field from the South Wing entrance by the Peterson Student Life Center, overlooking Raider Plaza.

Summer Office Hours

Summer Office Hours begin on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Effective Monday, June 22 and concludes on Monday, September 7 (Labor Day).

  • Monday through Thursday
    • 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Offices Closed Fridays
    • The CCHS Campus is open on designated Fridays for planned programs and activities.

Enter through the Main Entrance near the "Welcome" sign and Courtyard to the left of the Memorial Gymnasium - check in at the Welcome Desk in the Webster Family Lobby.

Before coming in, please confirm that the person or office you would like to see is available and is not on vacation or has another commitment.
