Academic Honor Roll, 2nd Term, 2018-2019

Academic Honor Roll, 2nd Term, 2018-2019
Ms. Jeanne Burns, Assistant Principal: Academic Dean, has announced the Academic Honor Roll of Students for the 2nd Term of the 2018-2019 academic year.

  • High Honors: Earned by students with a weighted GPA of 4.5 or higher.
  • Honors: Earned by students with all grades of a B or higher.

The Administration, Faculty, and Staff congratulate these young men and women for their well-earned achievements.

As we mark the end of the second term in the 2018-2019 academic year, we want to highlight some changes in the structure of our Academic Honor Roll, which now consists of two tiers: High Honors and Honors. High Honors will be awarded to Central Catholic students with a weighted Grade Point Average of 4.5 or higher, while the Honors level recognizes students with no grade below a B.

We have updated the structure of the Honor Roll because of academic enhancements we’ve made and the growth in the complexity of offerings in the curricular program at Central Catholic.  As a college preparatory school offering four distinct academic levels of challenge to our students based on their achievement and effort, our desire is to recognize and celebrate all our students who are achieving academic success in their custom curricular programs.
