On Thursday, May 25, the 276 members of the Class of 2023 received their diplomas as part of the 85th Commencement Exercises of Central Catholic High School!

  • Andrew Kriner '23: The Brother Florentius, FMS, Memorial Award

    • The highest award presented to a graduating senior who best exemplifies the ideals of Central Catholic High School. Named in memory of Central Catholic’s legendary and inspirational founder. The award has been presented annually since 1963.

  • Emma Gordon '23: The Brother Vincent Dinnean, FMS, Christian Service Award

    • Presented to the graduate who best embodies the Marist ideal of commitment to service and love for the least favored.

  • Preston Zinter '23: The Michael Garvey Memorial Award

    • Presented to the Outstanding Male Student-Athlete

  • Jaclyn Dehney '23: The Mary I. Kilcoyne Memorial Award

    • Presented to the Outstanding Female Student-Athlete

  • Mr. Richard Cavanaugh, Science Teacher: The Florentian Dedication

    • Each year, the graduating class dedicates their yearbook, The Florentian, to someone who had a defining impact on their Central Catholic experience

  • AP Capstone Diploma Recipients

    • The AP Capstone Diploma is granted to students who earn scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar and AP Research and on 4 additional AP Exams of their choosing.
