Outdoor Adventure Club Hikes Franconia Notch, NH

Outdoor Adventure Club Hikes Franconia Notch, NH

A group of adventurous students in the Outdoor Adventure Club - led by faculty members Mr. Eric Alaimo ‘02 and Mr. Mark Svendsen - recently trekked from Lonesome Lake to an elevation of almost 3,000 feet in Franconia Notch, NH. The overall hike was a three-mile loop that ended with the group warming up and having lunch at the AMC Lonesome Lake Hut.

Since 2015, Mr. Alaimo and Mr. Svendsen have made it their mission to get as many students enjoying the outdoors as possible. The Outdoor Adventure Club was established to offer unique outdoor and indoor active offerings for all skill and ability levels including canoe trips, mountain hiking, and indoor climbing.

Thanks to Mr. Alaimo and Mr. Svendesen for leading our students on an outdoor adventure!
