Radhames Nova '93 Elected to Board of Directors

President Christopher Sullivan ’80 and the Board of Directors are proud to announce that Radhames Nova '93 was recently elected to the Board of Directors for CCHS, effective July 1, 2019. Rad will serve a first term of three years, ending June 20, 2022.

About Rad Nova '93

Radhames Nova is a member of Central Catholic’s Class of 1993 and is an active and loyal supporter of CCHS. Born in the Dominican Republic, Rad immigrated to Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1989. He currently lives in Salem, New Hampshire with his wife Alexandra and their three children. Rad was one of the earliest Montagne Scholar students at CCHS, is an active and organizing member of a network of Montagne alums, and has served the Greater Lawrence community as a member of the advisory council for the Lawrence Partnership as well as an original member and participant in the Lawrence Leads Initiative. Rad currently serves as President & CEO at Junior Achievement of Northern New England and is responsible for that organization’s overall strategy and operations to move the mission forward. Prior to joining Junior Achievement, Rad served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the largest Latino professional organization in the United States, where he was responsible for overseeing some of the organization’s largest national corporate partnerships and a pilot partnership between JA and ALPFA. He was the Executive Director at the ALPFA Boston Chapter from 2011 to 2015. From 2002 to 2006 Rad served as Director of Development at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, Massachusetts, where he was once honored as Youth of the Year and a member of that organization’s Hall of Fame; he currently serves on its Board of Advisors.
